I love the convenience of this app. I can book an appointment without calling and pay using my cc. I just wish it was easier to book multiple services at once, and that it had a request a time feature if the stylists book isnt open for the time/date youre looking for.

Let you book an appt when you have time, not when they are open/available.

I loooove this app. Its just so easy to book an appointment and look at your stylist schedule. I read some reviews saying you needed to provide credit card info but Ive never had to. You can simply select "not now" and not have to ever do it really. It normally took me a couple of days to book my hair appointment with my stylists busy shedule getting back to me on time or just me not remembering at the right time. Now I just book it and show up and I can even Add notes for ideas I may have and I love it! I really recommend it for anyone looking to book their appointment the moment they remember without having to call your stylist. love!!!

This app is great for booking appointments. Wendy is very professional, prompt and her service is unprecedented!! Getting haircuts used to be an all day affair, now its just 30mins and I can see when my favorite barber is available! This app is long overdue!!!

This app is crap. It forces you to provide credit card info in order t book an appointment, Strike one. This app doesnt let you delete your credit card info from the app. Strike two. Theres no way to delete your account from the app. Strike 3. You cant force users to use, or stay on your app. You just cant do that. This app gives Business owners leeway to charge you if you show up late, or dont show up for your appointment. However, what happens if you show up on time, but the business owner doesnt provide you your service at the appointed time, do you compensate the customer?. Thats ridiculous. Think from both the customer and the business owner perspective. Not just the business owner perspective. Im not using this app anymore. Mainly because youre forcing it upon customers to provide credit card in order to book an appointment within this app

The best new thing for stylist & clientele relationships. If you wanna thrive in the hair business this is a MUST!!!
